3-Day Exchange
We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
• Wrong Size Received
• Wrong Product Received
• Defective or Damaged Product
Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Important Note:
If you receive the correct product as per your order (correct size, color, and non-defective condition), but still wish to exchange it, the following will apply:
- The customer must self-ship the product to us.
- The customer will bear the shipping charges.
- Shipping charges for the new exchanged product will also be paid by the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Order Number
• Clear product photos
• Parcel opening video (mandatory)
• Reason for return or exchange
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
- The video must clearly show all sides of the sealed parcel before opening and the Order ID.
- Without a proper unboxing video, no return or exchange request will be accepted.

Product Condition
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unwashed
• Original tags intact
• Returned with original packaging
• In proper resellable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• The exchange will be processed within 4–5 working days.
• If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if the requested replacement product is not available.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address for any return or exchange request.
• The customer must bear the return shipping charges.
• We do not provide reverse pickup service at the moment.
• The item must be securely packed and sent via a reliable courier service.
Please note:
• Only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel, the return or exchange request will be processed.
• If the product meets our return conditions, the exchange or refund will be approved.
• If the product does not meet the return criteria, the parcel may be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Special promotional or discounted products
